It all began with a rescue, a second chance, and an uncompromising mission to heal our four-legged best friend through the healing power of clean, natural Australian nutrition.
The Inspiration Behind Woofalicious
When we first crossed paths with Banjo, he was scheduled to be euthanised within just seven days if a home couldn't be found. We stepped in to foster him, and it didn't take long for him to steal our hearts completely — fostering quickly became forever adoption.
The Problem: Fussy Eating & Severe Skin Allergies
Upon bringing Banjo home, we discovered he was facing severe health struggles. He was an intensely fussy eater, but worse still, he suffered from painful, debilitating skin allergies and gut inflammation that conventional diets only seemed to aggravate.
Looking closely at commercial dog treats on supermarket shelves was an eye-opener. Most were filled with mystery meat by-products, artificial colours, chemical binders, and synthetic preservatives that triggered Banjo's flare-ups. We knew there had to be a better, cleaner way.
The Solution: 100% Clean Australian Novel Proteins
Determined to heal Banjo naturally, we dove deep into canine nutrition, gut health, and clean feeding principles. The breakthrough came with hypoallergenic Australian novel proteins — meats like Crocodile, open-range Kangaroo, lean Emu, and Wild Boar that dogs haven't developed common food intolerances to.
We paired these pure, single-origin Australian meats with beneficial fruits and herbs — including sweet mango, basil, rosemary, sweet honey pear, thyme, and sage — to naturally bolster canine digestive health, dental hygiene, joint mobility, and vitality. Zero grain. Zero fillers. Zero artificial nasties.
The result? Banjo's itchy skin cleared up, his energy soared, and his coat became vibrant and soft.
